What is Hospital Care Insurance?

A plan which pays you benefits when you are confined to a hospital, whether for planned or unplanned reasons.

 

Plan Rules:

• Eligibility: Eligible full-time and 49% employees (as described on eligibility page), spouse and children* (up to age 26)

• Coverage through Cigna

• Benefits do not coincide with health insurance; payments made directly to you

• No Health Questions - EVERY YEAR!

• The chart below is a sample of covered in-network services. Please see the Plan Certificate for a detailed listing of services as well as out-of-network allowances in their entirety 

• *Child marital status does not impact benefit eligibility
