What is Cancer Insurance?

Cancer insurance is a form of supplemental insurance meant to offset cancer-related expenses so you can focus on recovery.

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees (as described on eligibility page), spouse and children* (up to age 26)

  • Coverage through Guardian

  • Payments made directly to you and do no offset with medical insurance

  • No health questions - Every Year! (Pre-existing condition will apply for new participants)

  • Keep your coverage even if you retire or change employers

  • The chart below is a sample of covered services. Please see Plan Certificate for a detailed listing of services in their entirety.

  • *Child marital status does not impact benefit eligibility

  • 49% employees are NOT ELIGIBLE for Cancer Insurance
